It's a combination of two things:

Ruby = My birthstone (I was born in July) + Kiwifruit (...something I remind myself of.)

My brother is a member of Assemblies of God. He joined to persue and eventually marry the pastor's daughter. He lead my mother and my sister to join too, but they eventually discovered they had brains.

Now I think that's funny, but if you think it's offensive let me know. I think I go overboard sometimes.
