Cory,
During the 60's when I was both undergraduate and graduate seminarian, he stood against the Pharisees of his day who thwarted civil rights for African Americans and for an end to US interference in the Vietnamese civil war on the side of the fascists who eventually lost the war for the hearts and minds of the Vietnamese people. Resquiescat in pace !
