Soulforce Freedom Riders arrested

I just got a Soulforce email about the embarking of the tour today, and the arrival at Liberty. It had a link to Google, which already has a story that some of the Riders have been or are being arrested, supposedly as they each try to read a statement. University and local police are involved. If you are out there, schoolboi, do you know anything of what's up?????

I am using this thread to post a prayer for our riders. I just spent the last hour or so reading every story of every rider, why they are there and what they hope to accomplish. I would like to post a prayer for Bill, Kara, Donte, Carolyn, Alisa, Jessie, Jamie, Rebecca, Kate, Meg, RObin, Rachel, Kevin, Jacob, Jarrett, Carl, Jen, Katie, Di, Chad, Pamela, David D, David C, Dawn, Angel, Monica, Kayla, Alexey, Nathan, Jonathan, Diane, Tommy, Haven and Jacob-

May God bless you and keep you in his tender care. May the words and actions that you go through today and every day of this ride, open the minds and hearts of all of those that you encounter. May you feel the love of Jesus Christ as you continue on this journey, and know that your sacrifices of time and energy will not have been in vain. May you feel the embrace of God and the warmth of his love on your face. May you continue on this journey in safety. Amen

I feel proud to be part of Soulforce and this beautiful endeavor. If I were able, I would have loved to join this group, and would have been proud to do so. They make me proud too! They and the efforts of Soulforce. And Jennifer you're not alone, I feel like I'm missing out on a piece of history.
