Default HELP- Anyone at the 2001 catholic bishops action???

Hi- I REALLY need some info....
I was at the first Soulforce action at the United Conference of Catholic Bishops in Washington DC in 2001. We blocked the entrance to the national catholic cathedral and were arrested on a misdemeanor charge. It was all very memorable- especially since I got to spend hours in conversation with William Sloan Coffin!
HOWEVER- I am having my name legally changed so that my partner and I and our children can all have the same last name. South Carolina judges are fond of turning people down for name change requests if they even suspect that you might be trying to pretend to be a family and be gay- so my lawyer has suggested that I get ALL the details of this arrest just in case the criminal background check hits on it (it shouldn't, but if it does and I didn't disclose it, I will get denied and my partner cannont have my child's last name)
If anyone was at this action, could you PLEASE tell me ANY of the following info: the date, what we were actually charged with, were we actually booked and fingerprinted, did they actually take mugshots? I know that we paid a fine, I know it was a misdemeanor and we all left, but....as I said....the conversation with William Sloan Coffin kind of overrides the rest of the memory. If anyone has ANY info, please please let me know- you can contact me directly at shellamond@nctv.com

THANK YOU
Shell
