Default Hello

My name is Montanna and it has been a while since I have posted anything. We recently showed For The Bible Tells Me So at our Presbyterian Church. I am constantly surprised at people's positive responses to seeing the film. This site is such a great resource to refer people to. Thanks for all of you and for all you do. God Bless!

I'm glad it was such a success, Montana. When we showed it at our Episcopal church, we had 25 people show up after the Sunday service to see it, which we thought was a huge success. There was hardly a dry eye in the group when it finished, and the discussion after it was very positive. We donated the copy of the film to the church library so people could borrow it to view at home ... or so it would be available to show at youth group or church school for teenagers. Wow, what a thought. I wish I had seen that kind of movie when I was a kid!

If there's one thing that connects with decent people, it's crying mothers. So when Mrs. Wallner, Mrs. Reitan, and (especially) Mrs. Robinson all break down to varying degrees, there's no way someone could sit through it and not feel something.

At least that's what I hope.

I also loved the film and think it's an excellent tool for positive change. I hope more and more churches show this moving documentary to their members.

Welcome back to the group Montanna.

Rick
