Default Hi, I'm Kristie... (imagine I'm waving)

Just wanted to introduce myself to the community. My name is Kristie and I'm a stay-at-home mom of two amazing kids (Rachel and Daniel). I was raised by free-thinkers in the South (yeah, there are a few of us) and I'm trying to raise my kids the same way. It's a harder job than my parents ever let on, I'll tell you!

I was never a church goer growing up. When my mother was alive she never cared for organized religion and I was of the same mind for the most part, but this past year I really began to explore more of my own spiritual beliefs and I began attending services at the local Unitarian Universalist church. I feel I have found a church that even my mother would have loved and I am glad to be part of such an inclusive, open, free-thinking spiritual community there.

I've been reading the Soulforce site and the forums off and on for some time and now that I've come out of lurkerdom I'm sure I'll be joining in the discussions before long.

Smile Welcome Lukewarmer

Hi Kristie, I love that term, "Lukewarmer". It is very descriptive! Being a mother is one of the most important jobs in the world! Looking forward to hearing more about your views on things. Blessings to you and your little ones. Montanna
