Default I think we need a new, fun thread! Whose ready for spring?

Whose ready for spring? Whose enjoying the winter?

What's your favorite thing about spring?

I can't wait!!! I get excited just at the smallest sign of sunlight.

Note: I suppose I should use the word "fun" loosely.

I LOVE the winter. This winter has been rather disappointing as far as snow goes. I love snow and coats and scarves and hot cocoa and cuddling and...everything

However, as much as I adore winter, this year, I'm ready for spring to come. My husband and I have a trip planned and we have visitors coming too so I can't wait! Plus, spring in Colorado is gorgeous. I love it here

I always hate winter. This year, moreso for some reason; I decided I don't want to be around for two more Buffalo winters (one more probably can't be helped).

So, oh yes, I'm ready for spring (and have been since fall).

Ya outta come here. One or two Phoenix summers and you'll want to get back to Buffalo.

Ready for spring? NO! God, NO! When you exercise outside in January in tank tops and shorts and it's still too hot, NO, NO SPRING!

What I love about winter is it's under 80F degrees (most days) and you can actually spend time outside without getting heat exhaustion. Vegetables grow. There is fruit on the trees. You don't have to hide indoors.

But another 8 weeks and it'll be time to pull out the exercise videos and dance around the living room for makeshift "exercise", because by about April or so it starts getting warm again.

Seriously: I LOVE Arizona winters, because I love running around outside. I love trees, flowers, vegetables, outdoor air. All the same reasons why I hated winter elsewhere.

Winter in Arizona is nicer then summer in Washington. Your weather sounds perfect right now!

I am still waiting for winter to come actually. Other than that big storm around Christmas, we have been warm and sunny here in SW Colorado. There is snow in the ground, but it is old and crusted over and melted in patches. I love the sunny, still days with fresh snow on the ground. It is so beautiful then. I tell everyone to pray for snow - the more the better!

I hear that! While you're praying for it down there, send some my way!
