And-y tells me I am his own......

Ah, Keltic, my friend. You bring new meaning to the the old adage, "Who needs friends when you have ...."

Do I get to answer myself?

Default You mean this guy?

Landru? From Star Trek?

Wasn't he a holographic projection? The one that everyone worshiped?

Default Where did you find him?

Oh I’ve missed him so. I carried him around until his arm fell off. My mother sewed it back on but he was never the same. I still loved him, but apparently he was a few stitches more raggedy than he wanted to be.

He later absconded with Ann, or at least that’s what I was told

But now he’s back, oh joy!

Default By the way ...

U-dog, I'm surprised one of the answers didn't have something to do with the bowels of the earth opening and spewing some kind of caustic bile.

Oh, well, it's nice to be missed even if it's not the way you want to be.

So, um, at risk of incurring the wrath of "...before my time", what is "Whip n chill"?

Whip n Chill was a dessert mix kind of a mix between pudding and coolwhip. It was mostly made of chemicals. It was introduced in the mid 60's and didn't last long.

It was immortalized by Mad magazine in a parody of Star Trek in which Spock analyzes a soil sample and Kirk asks him what it means and Spock answers "Not as good as Whip n chill but it does have a pleasant flavor"

So I'm dating myself. So what!

That's because my arm was on backwards - BACKWARDS, can you imagine. You try taking care of - well, private things, with your hand the wrong way. My God, it's like I didn't know myself. I'd never been backwards before. But then - oh, the shame of it all.

And Ann, let me tell you about her. She is constantly pregnant with huge litters. I don't care that her pet name for me is "beanie", none of those little things look like me. Well, there was the one - cutest little thing, of course. We called him Schmaltz - Raggedy Schmaltz, such a nice name. Such a nice boy! Didn't eat near enough, though. Hell, he ate like a bird - skinny as a rail, he was. I always wanted a nicer name - Andy is so damn cheesy. I want to be called Arsenocoiteyn Malakoi from now on. You can call me Arse for short...

...what dear. Oh, yes, my meds. Coming pet. What? Another litter? Seventeen! Any of them look like me - we sold the last one. No, I suppose you can never tell with my gene pool - remind me to chlorinate it again, will you.

Ooooh! Gotta go, she sounds frisky.

Miss Andy? Of course I missed Andy. He's still breathing isn't he? (mutters to self-- Must get that gun sight fixed) JUST KIDDING. Andrew is the epitomy of intellectual discourse. A most gracious and caring man. He is much better than Whip -n- Chill!

I agree. Andy is intelligent and caring.

Whip -n- Chill, on the other hand, is the exact opposite. All it ever says is "eat me!"

Default Crappe

Now I'll have to come up with a new alter-ego superhero. Too bad - I liked the "whip" part.
