Refusing to address the much broader issues, the California Supreme Court issued a narrowly based ruling upholding Proposition 8, which set me to thinking.
Our hair color and skin color, our nationality, and our sexual orientation are all conditions present at birth, and any or all of them may change over time. I would find it hard to find reason for the first three to be reasonable grounds for discrimination, so why the fourth? Q.E.D., Bruce Chris I Can't Delete This Damned Thing!
