I find myself thinking about the people who have been there to catch me, sometimes literally, when I'm not doing well. Then I think of people, such as my mom (and many others), who I will be there to catch no matter how much we may fight sometimes. Think of it in the literal sense, how many times has a friend or family member literally caught you before you hit the ground? Who has done this on an emotional level? Those who stand up for you and protect you because they love you.

Just where my mind is tonight and reflecting on such a feeling helps you to feel safe. Life changes, it's fun, it's terrifying, but you always have people there to catch you, and you get to find people to catch.
