Our community theater "Creede Community Players" just finished our spring play season with Alabama Rain. I thought it was great play. No one seems to have ever heard of it. Have any of you seen this play?
I was the narrator, a part that was carved out of the character of Pheenie. Although I generally hate pictures of myself, I love this photo. I had just finished the line, "When torpor has ruled the land for as long as it had in our parts, one little change, say someone trying to sneak out quiet-like. Well, it was that tapping on that very first domino." It is a blessing to have a community theater in a town of 377 people. But Creede is a very "artsy" community. I would love to work in theater, not as an actor so much as a tech person. Set design and construction and lights would be a great job I think. Do you have community theater in your area? Anyone involved in one at the moment?
