Default nonviolenceGEAR

http://www.cafepress.com/nonviolenceGEAR

You all have inspired me, yet again...

I've used cafepress.com for our young adult ministry and have had great quality products so far. (www.cafepress.com/fuelmccaustin)

I NEED YOUR DESIGNS, QUOTES, LOGOS, ETC!!!

Review the image sizing page at http://www.cafepress.com/cp/info/help/templates.aspx and then create or modify your artwork to fit the product you want them on.

Please save your artwork in the PNG format at the highest resolution possible. The JPEG format will work, but PNG is much better.

***Did you know you can use Powerpoint and Publisher to create graphics files?***

If you're not able to contribute a "finished" piece of artwork, PLEASE contribute your IDEAS for designs, quotes, etc...!!! We'll get them developed into something we can use!

Peace out,
Nate

Default Hey Nate!

Far as I can tell so far you have the gay/lesbian Christian ones up. Yay!!!

Anything appropriate for non-Christians? (specifically, for me? I would love to express support, but I'm not gonna call myself Christian when I ain't. - tho admittedly, "I'm a bisexual friend of many gay and lesbian Christians" is hardly tee-shirt slogan-material. A little long! )

If that's not feasible, I'll be happy to simply pass on info on the tees ya DO have, to my listserve and various friends. Oh and, I'll pass this info along to the local PFLAG folks too, they'll be interested probably, when you get the ones about "I'm a parent of. . ." on there.

Thanks for doin' this!!!

I would buy at least 2 of those. Gay AND lesbian, it should say. Or the whole alphabetical craziness. Whatever.

(Tho, getting PayPal to recognize my account may prove to be the next, and larger, hurdle.) If you make that shirt, Nathan, I WILL BUY IT.

Heck - I want to wear it today.

had to dig up a couple "edgier" ones for the less nice among us...

1) Repenting only made me Gayer
2) Would I ruin Heaven for You
3)Heaven needs Decorators
4)so many issues, so few gay distractions
5)Christian and Gay and Embarassed of One
6) I pray you lead more to Christ than you frighten away

The initial ambiguity of 5 is my fave, but if you were embarassed of being gay, you certainly wouldn't put it on a shirt...

Some of these are more geared toward a 'protest' atmosphere, but, who knows...

Those are more of a protest... I could create a more "in-your-face" section, if you'd like, but I'd like to keep "nonviolence GEAR" more in the spirit of reconciliation and healing.

Will someone report those huge pics so one of our lovely moderators could make them smaller? Thanks!

This is the statement on the front page of the store.

Quote:
Nonviolence GEAR is your place to get everything you need to promote EQUALITY, SOCIAL JUSTICE, PEACE, and PROGRESSIVE RELIGIOUS & POLITICAL IDEAS.

We understand the term "nonviolence" to mean a response to injustice, war, extremism, etc., that is 100% non-violent and ultimately seeks reconciliation with all parties.

For more information on nonviolence, see www.soulforce.org and www.thekingcenter.com.

Please submit your graphics to nateblackpfs@yahoo.com to have them be put on merchandise. ORIGINAL WORK ONLY. Nonviolence GEAR will ONLY have permission to use your graphics for products on THIS site. All products have a small markup and all excess funds will be donated to Soulforce. This cafepress.com store is officially independent of any organizations. For more info on the creator of this store, visit www.nateblack.us.
The markup is $1 per product and each month, once the balance is over $25.00, cafepress.com will cut & mail a check to Soulforce. I just took care of this info. Isn't that awesome!

Default Do they make pink ones?

Okay, now I'm just being a pain in the butt, but. . .

Can they make the women's 'friend of LGBT Christians' tee - in pink???

Or anything that is a color?

I can do that for ya!

The challenge is until I upgrade the "store" to a premium account, they only give me one of each product to display. However, it is REALLY easy to change the graphics...

So just let me know!

(I'm going to change the pink shirt now...)

Default Oh yeah!!!!!

I am gonna buy that!!!!!!!!

(Nate, since we are about to leave town for a coupla weeks, I'm gonna hold off on ordering til we are coming home, so it doesn't arrive while we're gone and sit somewhere, like on our doorstep or something, for 2 weeks.) But I am definitely getting that! Probably two of 'em like I said.
That is fantastic!

Thank you.

She's right: colors.

Also, maybe something short and simple, like"

I'M GAY

And yes, it DOES mean I'm happy!
