Campus Organizing Toolkit

Soulforce has created this toolkit from 10 years of experience working with LGBTQI and other marginalized students on college, university, and seminary campuses where Christianity - even not formally a part of the institution - is a cultural force. Our particular focus is schools where Christian Supremacy is active, a concept we explain in the coming pages.

This toolkit is split into four sections: Analysis, Structure, Spirit, and Action. There’s a final page on how Soulforce has your back because that is the most important notion we want to share: we know this work will only get done through trust, healing, community, and solidarity.

We offer this resource as just one way of practicing the sacred act of accompaniment. The team at Soulforce is excited to work alongside you and build up our spirits, bravery, skills, and collective power.
