Our Programs

Our activism addresses religious fundamentalism in two fields. The first is the interpersonal, local level of families, friends, communities, and religious groups working out what justice, faith, and kinship means to them. The second is that of religion-as-politics, where religion has been co-opted into larger systems of oppression.

Soulforce programming ranges from educational activities to on-the-ground action and coalition work. We strive for nonviolent struggle that is creative, compassionate, conversation-driven, and puts personal healing, transformation, and agency first.
